once, my friends asked me how did i make this ? (like the pictures above)
well, here's some easy tips.
1)download this software paint.net from http://www.paint.net/
2)install the software.
how to do it ?
1)open your picture.
2) click on the 'lasso select'
3)use the arrow to select the area which you want to be B&W.
4)from the table above, click on adjustments and then click on black and white.
5)you're done ! 
to adjust ur picture, just repeat the same step.PERFECTION FOTO
